2022 MYF Registration

The 2021 Middleville Youth Football season is open to all athletes 3rd - 6th Grade.

Registration details for 3rd through 6th Grade are as follows:

• Early Bird registration is $110 and runs from April 20th - May 10th.
• Regular Registration will be $125 and runs from May 11th - July 20th.
• Late Registration will be $135 and runs from July 21st - August 20th.

*MYF provides Jerseys, Pants and Shoulder Pads.  Athletes are responsible for helmets and cleats, and get to keep the Jerseys.
